Lost and Found Service 

Aer Lingus passengers who have baggage that is delayed and arrive at Terminal 7 should report to the Lost and Found department. The executive of the airline will ask you to complete the form.

• Delivery address

The Property Irregularity Report number (PIR) will be given to you. This can then be used as a reference for tracking the status of your complaint.
