Air Canada flights depart from Terminal A at George Bush International Airport. The check-in counters are located on the second floor of this terminal. After checking in, passengers proceed to the security screening area, also situated on the second floor. Once through security, travelers can make their way to Gates 1–5, where Air Canada operates its flights.

Air Canada arrivals are handled in Terminal A. Upon arrival, passengers will go through customs and immigration checks on the first floor of the terminal. This process is mandatory for all international travelers arriving in Canada.
